2019 - 2022

This home in Niwot, CO has the main house sited to take advantage of sweeping mountain views towards Longs Peak on a generous 2+ acre site. Every room has a fantastic view either to the mountains or the beautifully landscaped gardens around the home. There is a master wing with gym below on one side and a pool house on the other side which create an embrace around a pool with a large deck including covered outdoor seating and a lounge area with outdoor firepit. This project was designed to be net zero and includes an off site solar array and geothermal heating. It has a 4 car garage with a separate detached 2 car garage.
