2018 - 2023

This project is a 5,800 sf single family home with a detached 2,000 sf barn sited on 37 acres of beautiful grass farmland in South Boulder, CO. The home is set back on the east side of the site to take advantage of spectacular mountain views to the west with open space to the project’s eastern border. The project is designed to be nearly Net Zero with a HERS rating of 7.
