This was a new build of a 2,900 sf home and a 1,200 sf detached garage with studio apartment above in the Callawassie Island area of South Carolina. Designed as a classic low country home, it has primary suite on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and an entertaining area on the 2nd floor. The main floor opens onto a large screened porch looking out at the expansive marsh beyond.
