The Boulder Commons project includes 2 buildings with a shared plaza between them. The project includes a restaurant, coffee bar, co-working area on the ground level, underground parking garage and office areas on the upper levels. There are several large outdoor patios that face the Boulder flatirons to the west. The project is designed to be net-zero and boasts a solar wall that faces east towards the train tracks and solar panels on the roof.
