2016 - 2017

The Boulder Industry & Arts Center is envisioned as a co-working space bringing together companies in the industrial and arts business. The program includes a restaurant, coffee shop, presentation area, shared and private work spaces and an outdoor plaza. Coburn worked with a conceptual architect, Sanzpont Arquitectura on this futuristic design.
