2023 - 2024

This project includes 5 luxury condo buildings each with 10 units each including 2 penthouse units on the top floor with views to the ocean as well as Nevis Peak on the opposite side. There are also 2 cottage condo buildings each with 4 units and a fitness and amenity center including a pool focused on the stunning Nevis Peak. A modern design with large decks for an indoor outdoor feel. The buildings are graciously located on the site to provide privacy for each building and lots of opportunities for gardens between the buildings.
