2013 - 2015

Nickel Flats is a boutique condominium project in the Steel Yards development in Boulder, Colorado. The project includes 16 units that range in size and includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. All parking is tuck under and the project sits on the Goose Creek bike path and near the new RTD transit center. The design is modern with simple clean interior finishes.
