2017

The Nederland affordable housing project includes 34 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom plans, detached storage, a community space with a commercial kitchen for a meals on wheels program and small office space for Boulder County Housing Authority. The project was designed to fit into Nederland’s unique mountain character. The site plan had a community garden and hang out space on the north half of the site to take advantage of the creek that ran through the north east corner of the site.
